I was re-watching an old favorite, Heathers, when I recognized a familiar name -
Heathers' Officer McCord is played by Mark Bringelson.
Adam-12's Officer is Kent McCord.
I can't help but think that this is someone's loving nod.
Christian Slater delivers one of the better couplets in the film.
